Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tia Vye! Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to ensure your experience is both nourishing and seamless.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, our return policy varies depending on the item type:

Digital Products (eBooks, Devotionals, Journals, Downloads):

All digital sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for downloadable content once the file has been accessed or delivered.

Why? Digital files are instantly accessible, and there’s no way to “return” the item once received.

However, if you have trouble accessing your download, please email us at tiavye@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Physical Products (Cookbooks, Printed Journals, Calendars, Sauces):

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only if the item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (wrong product received)

  • Defective or spoiled (in the case of sauces)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at tiavye@gmail.com with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if eligible), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

Important Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for opened food products unless there is a quality issue.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or refund.
